-You pay for the return. Items that do not meet the above criteria cannot be returned.

All returns must be authorized by our team first. Please contact us at info@wellnityy.com to obtain a return authorization before sending your item back. Important: Do not return the package to the address shown on the shipping label, as this is not our official return address. Returns sent to an invalid or unapproved address cannot be processed for exchange or refund.
